Bubble Pop Multiplication is an iPad game from MathsFrame. The concept of the game is rather simple. Students select the sets of multiplication tables that they’re trying to learn and then the game is to “pop” the bubbles that provide the solution to reach the target number. When students pop the correct bubbles the game shows them a visual explanation of the correct answer on a number line.
Bubble Pop Multiplication isn’t the slickest math game that you’ll find in the App Store, but it could be a fun practice activity for some students. The app supports multiple players so you could buy it ($1.99) for a handful of shared iPads in your classroom and have enough installations to cover all of your students.
